Glebe Farm Sunflower Field 2024
3 August - 1 September
Family run Glebe Farm in Lower Brailes is not far from Banbury and their pick your own sunflower field is opens for 2024 in August with the exact date to be confirmed.
With a beautiful rural setting with St George’s Church as a backdrop, it’s a short walk through a grass field to a stunning sunflower patch. The sunflowers are 6 feet high this year!
Tips for Visitors
- Bring your own secateurs – the stems are thick so scissors may struggle!
- Cash or card accepted
- Busy bees love sunflowers so please be cautious.
- Sunflower stems can be spiky – beware!
- Dogs on leads are allowed.
- Picnics welcome.
PYO Sunset Sunflower sessions will return this year (keep an eye on their social media for updates). Visitors can sunset picnics sitting on straw bale’s enjoying the peace & tranquility.
Please bear in mind that this is a simple sunflower field on a working farm. Parking is in a grass field and the sunflower patch can get very muddy so suitable footwear is essential.
- A portaloo is in the parking field
- Refreshments : they have a coffee van which will be open when possible selling hot drinks, juice, cakes & locally made ice creams
