Mini Off-Rovers are bringing their mini Land Rover driving experiences for children back to Capesthorne Hall for February half-term 2024!

Take one of the mini Land Rovers out around the Capesthorne Estate to explore their woodland and wider parkland, having their young drivers handle a mini vehicle – designed specifically with them in mind – whilst they accompany them, providing essential constant adult supervision.

Driving on this off-road experience, children will have their driving skills put to the test as they manoeuvre their way through the trees, around the bends, across the fieldsand maybe even passed the grazing sheep!

This experience offers children an unrivalled level of freedom and independence as they drive on our off-road route, and parents both the opportunity to witness their child in the driving seat and a thoroughly enjoyable walk around this naturally stunning landscape. It is an experience the whole family find thrilling!

To add to their delight, during half-term, we shall giving our young guests a very souvenir to take home! After a short practice and satisfactory demonstration of driving ability, together with a responsible adult(s), they’ll begin their experience and drive the route we have planned for you around the estate, which is challenging and exciting. Upon completion, having demonstrated their awesome ability, they’ll receive their own well-earned personalised Mini Off-Rovers driver’s licence! This realistic-looking licence will detail their name, D.O.B and unique driver’s licence number. This is included in the cost of the experience.

Each driving experience is 30 minutes long, but we know you’ll want to spend longer than that at this fantastic venue so we are inviting you to spend the day with us, and to make that day fun-filled, there will be more activities for your child to enjoy. We are considering several at this time and will share once they are confirmed.

Free entry into the Capesthorne Estate
Explore the stunning Capesthorne Hall and Gardens, and discover the Milanese Gates, the chapel, the lake, the Ice House and the gardens. Sit and watch the birds in their bird hide too.
(Entry into the hall is not included but can be purchased on the day)
